Land Manager

Comanos have partnered with an international leading renewable energy development company HQ’d in London. With a pipeline of over 5GW of opportunities across wind, solar and battery storage in the UK alone, they are looking for a Senior Land Manager to join their fast-growing team in Scotland.

The role:

• Identifying, qualifying and securing land agreements to support the development of vast renewable energy projects.
• Building on an existing network in the area, collaborating with stakeholders and relaying realistic feasibility.
• Managing projects simultaneously across wind, solar and battery storage and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Budgeting and negotiating contracts, terms and tender processes.

Required experience:

• Degree educated in Land Surveying/Planning/similar.
• RICS qualified.
• Project management experience across renewable energy projects including solar, wind and/or BESS.
• Track record for securing land for renewable energy projects that have commercial impact.
• Passionate about renewable energy and customer orientated.

The package:

• £65,000 - £75,000 DOE.
