Estimator - Civils

Estimator with Civils/Groundworks experience required for an Essex Main Contractor. The successful Estimator will be working amongst an experienced team, working closely with the Construction Director. The role will suit a Trainee Estimator, Intermediate Estimator or Quantity Surveying professional looking for a role in the civils division of an award winning company. Estimators who have experience on groundworks/civils schemes for main contractors or sub-contractors are well suited to this role. Projects for this business are typically new build residential, ranging from 2/3/4 bed traditional built houses to multi storey apartment blocks. All projects are situated in the Essex region.

Estimators will be taken ona PAYE or Ltd company basis dependant on preference.

The Estimator will be based out of the Chelmsford office.

Estimator Key Skills

• Civils/Groundworks experience
• Recent hands-on commercial experience
• Suitable to a Junior/Trainee who wants to learn to be a Civils Estimator

Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
• Car Allowance
• Bonus
