Construction Manager

Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Construction Manager based in North-West Industry: Power & Construction Level: Senior Key Requirements: Technical degree/diploma SACPCMP Pr. CM registration 8 years experience as a Construction Manager or Construction Supervisor, particularly in the power industry (HV Substations and HV Lines) Expertise in FIDIC (Silver/Yellow) and other types of supply contracts. Proven ability to plan proactively, interpret schedules, identify risks, and achieve key construction milestones. Must have a valid drivers license and own transport, and be willing to relocate to Klerksdorp. Personal Attributes: Competency in conflict and crisis management, with excellent leadership and human resources management skills. Strong client management skills and a deep understanding of construction codes, standards, and regulations. A zero-tolerance approach to unsafe construction sites and a passion for a zero-harm culture. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well across disciplines.
