Contract Manager – Surfacing & Highways
Site Locations: Midlands, e.g., Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Worcestershire
Office Locations: Birmingham & Derby
£57,000 - £65,000 + Company Car + Bonus Scheme
Information on the role
* Managing Multiple Projects from set-up to handover and evaluation
* Help/deliver project estimates & valuations
* Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
* Track and report at weekly client update meetings
* Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
* Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
* Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
* Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you
* Proven Project / Contract Management & Surfacing / Highways / Civils experience
* Willingness to travel to Sites
* Exceptional written and spoken English skills
* Self-motivated personality
* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
* Organisation and time management skills
* SMSTS
* CSCS
