Job Description
Job Title: Junior Site Supervisor.
Location: Brigg.
Salary: Up to £30K.
Our client is looking for a Junior Supervisor to join their growing highways and civils company. All training will be provided, no work experience needed.
Ideally, the right candidate will be educated to degree level within the consturction industry, and have a passion for the highways, roads, surfacing industry.
Information on the role
• Managing Projects on site from set-up to handover and evaluation
• Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
• Track and report at weekly client update meetings
• Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
• Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
• Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
• Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
