Job Description
Clearpath Recruitment are looking for a competent Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Battlesbridge, Essex.
Job Duties
* Must have experience with New Build housing developments.
* Experience with roofing preferred but not essential.
* 45-50k per annum depending on experience.
* Provide a full and detailed BQ with marked up areas.
* Deal with contracts and all the associated elements that come with this.
* Carry out thorough contract meetings, reports and meeting minutes.
* Able to operate works programme.
* Carry out valuations.
* Many more attributes are naturally expected of a qualified QS but the above provides some key areas required.
* Office based.
* 20 Days Annual Leave.
* 4.5 day working week.
* Healthcare.
* 10% Car Allowance.
