Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multi-award-winning housing developer has a requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Aberdeenshire.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Produce accurate estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts for designated developments
• Monitor site performance against financial targets and plans
• Tendering, appointment and management of subcontractors
• Provide regular cost reports and updates
• Support directors on profitability and financial status of projects

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role with a housebuilder
• Minimum HNC in Building Studies; RICS qualification or Quantity Surveying degree preferred
• Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
• Applicants at a more junior experience level will also be considered
