Role: Team Leader
Salary: £15.50 per hour
Contract: Temp or Temp to perm

As a Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support within one of the UK's leading specialist care providers. You'll work alongside a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing environment for young people, focusing on therapeutic care and holistic support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care and support to children with complex needs.
Work closely with the Support Workers, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Participate in planning and delivering activities that promote growth and development.
Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and standards.About You:
Level 3 qualification in health and social care, or equivalent desirable.
Experience working with children working with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge
Understanding of Ofsted standards and regulations is a plus.
A compassionate and patient approach to supporting young people.
Must be a driver to a car.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.Benefits:
