Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 Basic + Commission

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. You will play a key role in generating quality leads and booking appointments for our field sales team, contributing directly to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact potential clients to generate high-quality leads within the waste management sector.
Schedule appointments for the field sales team to convert leads into new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate the benefits to prospective clients.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed personal and team targets for lead generation and sales activity.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the waste management industry is essential.
Proven background in Telesales or Lead Generation roles.
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience with CRM systems and strong administrative skills.
Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, with part-time and flexible hours available.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus commission.
20 days of annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each year of service.
Home working options available (WFH).
Flexible hours for part-time employees.
