Job Description
Job Title: Hire Controller/manager.
Location: Epsom/Heathrow/Addlestone.
Salary: Up to £35K.
We have built our business based on high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Due to expansion, we have the following positions available:
HIRE CONTROLLER / ASSISTANT MANAGER AT OUR ADDLESTONE / EPSOM OR HEATHROW DEPOT (Hire controller - tool and plant hire)
Duties
• Efficient operation of the Hire Desk, including dealing with the public.
• Responsibility for receiving orders (on hires) and requests for collections (off hires), planning transport for deliveries and collections.
• Ensuring that all products that are hired to customers are safe and have been properly tested in accordance with company procedures.
• Processing all hiring paperwork and stock transfers etc on the company IT system.
• Ensure continuity of the excellent service that we have come to pride ourselves on.
• Previous experience of working in TOOL AND PLANT HIRE INDUSTRY would help.
