Pride Health is hiring Ultrasound Vascular Tech to support our client’s medical facility based in Normal, IL 61761. This is a Contract, 3 months opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Ultrasound Vascular Tech

Location: Normal, IL 61761

Job Type: Contract, 3-months

Schedule: DAYS; M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm

Guaranteed hours: 40 hours

Travel Blended Pay Range: $55 - $61/hour

(*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)

Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures, including Cat Scans, C-arm, general, OB, vascular, and breast ultrasounds. They screen, schedule, and direct patients, maintain knowledge of radiology and vascular/cardiac exams, and assist with training new staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sonography imaging following protocols.
• Review patient history, labs, and orders for accuracy.
• Ensure high-quality images and transfer data to PACS.
• Maintain equipment and a safe work environment.
• Assist with staff training and support other modalities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in ultrasound/sonography.
• Education: Associate degree in Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology OR Certificate of completion of Ultrasound/Sonography or Radiologic Technology program
• Certification: -BLS (AHA), Registered Vascular Tech (RVT) through ARDMS, RDMS Abdomen (AB) or RDMS Obstetrics/Gynaecology (OB/GYN) through ARDMS
