Surgical Technologist

Pride Health is hiring a Surgical Tech for Madison, WI!

Schedule: Monday-Friday (6:30P - 7:00A) weekday rotation, no call, no weekends

Contract: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: $60 - $64/hour

Job Responsibilities

• The Surgical Technologist prepares the Operating Room prior to surgery, promotes the safety of the patient during surgery, provides assistance to the surgeon during surgery, cares for the patient during surgery and cares for the instruments and supplies used in surgery.

Requirements

• Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison
• Minimum two years of scrub experience or equivalent relevant experience required (looking for strong cardiac, thoracic and transplant experience - including heart and lung). Ortho trauma, Eye, ENT, Neuro experience is helpful.
• Must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
• Prior traveler experience highly preferred
