Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Edison, NJ, 08820

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (8 hrs×5 days)

Duration: 13-Weeks Contract

Pay Range: $43 to $45 per hour

Job Description:

• Responsible for updating and maintaining patient EMR records based on the patient's physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status.
• Provides hygienic care, assists with ambulation and meals as directed by the registered professional nurse.
• Positions patients, provides pre, post op and postmortem care as indicated.
• Provides a safe patient environment by answering call lights promptly, communicating with the RN immediately for any change in patient’s condition.

Required Skills:

• BLS (AHA)
• Current valid New Jersey LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited program in LPN
• 1 year of LTC experience
