Ideally, candidates should have had exposure to a broad range of commercial and corporate transactional work, including dealing with: -

• M&A Transactions
• Corporate Restructurings
• Share option schemes and associated company/commercial matters
• Investment Agreements
• Business development experience including networking
• Commercial contract drafting and negotiation

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Solicitor with a completed seat within corporate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

- Proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for developing a successful career in corporate law.
