Desire Energy - Project Control Engineer - Agile/Waterfall

Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard project management tools (e.g, MS Project, Primavera P6). - Estimate project costs, track resource allocation, and monitor budget adherence. - Identify and analyze potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and continuously monitor project progress for risk factors. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including baselines, progress reports, and variance analyses. - Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. - Utilize project management methodologies (e.g, Agile, Waterfall) to adapt to project needs and client requirements. - Leverage technology to automate tasks and streamline project control processes. - Participate in project kick-off meetings, risk workshops, and project reviews. Tech Skills : Essential : - Proficiency in project management software (e.g, MS Project, Primavera P6) - Experience with project scheduling techniques (e.g, Critical Path Method) - Familiarity with cost estimating and budget tracking tools (e.g, spreadsheets) - Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Highly Preferred : - Experience with project management information systems (PMIS) - Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g, FMEA) - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g, Power BI, Tableau) Additional Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail - Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
