Job Title : Sr. Configuration Analyst Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Location : Pune. Job Type : Full-Time/Contract. About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Configuration Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) application "Shibumi" to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role will require an understanding of project management processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations. Key Responsibilities :. - System Configuration : Configure and customize the SPM application to align with business requirements and portfolio management processes. - Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the system configuration. - Optimization : Continuously optimize the SPM application to improve efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management including data integrity and data cleansing. - Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Shibumi application. - Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and Process guides. - Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve issues related to the SPM application, working closely with the IT team and SPM application's vendor support. - Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest best practices in terms of application configurations, implementing them as - necessary. - Integration : Work on integrating SPM application with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment. Qualifications : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience : 7 years of professional experience, including 4 years of configuration experience in any type of applications that are highly customized. - Proficiency and experience of configurable applications like Planview, Planisware, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc. Skills : - Proficiency in system configuration and customization. - Exposure to data management with SQL and Reporting knowledge. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Skilled in taking initiative and managing tasks independently, while also excelling in collaborative team environments to achieve shared objectives. - Experience with data integration and workflow automation is a plus. Preferred Experience : - Experience in Project / portfolio management tools. - Experience in project management or business analysis. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. (ref:hirist.tech)
