Senior Manager, Data Execution and Services [Master Data & Supply Chain]

Position Summary: The Senior Manager, Data Execution and Services, is critical to managing supply chain data systems, supporting business processes, and driving people strategy to enable the best-in-class supply chain analytics and operational performance. The Senior Manager is responsible for managing and directing the Data Execution and Services team, developing, and optimizing pertinent data processes, being an integral part of the leadership team and fostering strong cross functional partnerships to achieve Global Supply Chain objectives. Responsibilities: Collaborate and contribute as a critical member of the Process and Digital Excellence (P&DE) - Master Data Center of Excellence (CoE) team ensuring team initiatives, priorities, and strategy enable the Global Supply Chain vision. Influence and partner cross functionally with Sites, Quality, Procurement, Trade Compliance, Regulatory, Commercial, Data Stewards, Process Owners, External partners, and others for effective and efficient Supply Chain Data Management. Manage and govern daily data activities and strategic data initiatives. Ensure data standard alignment and adherence promoting data quality. Develop and implement continuous system and process improvements. Establish and achieve functional goals. Develop team capabilities via coaching and enabling development plans. Ensure users adhere to data creation and maintenance processes, establishing corrective and preventive actions as required. Support data management and governance inquires and deliverables. Provides expertise on data infrastructure and business capabilities. Ensure user training is current, scheduled and executed. Coordinate User Acceptance Training as needed Oversee the effective use of data management information and system tools Contribute and validate data design ensuring users data and operational Define Data Operations processes. Propose continuous improvement on Data operations processes. Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) Designee Role and Responsibilities This position can be a designee for Director, Data Migration and Master Data Center of Excellence. The position may also act as a designee for their peers Required Competencies: Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks in tight deadlines. Must be self-directed with the ability to work independently and/or within a team, have strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must have strong analytical, diagnostics, project management, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Must demonstrate proficiency with software applications such as Excel, Visio, Work, PowerPoint. Experience in a supply chain environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry that encompasses a holistic understanding of business specific organizations, functions, and business support systems. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in building highly effective, world class and global teams. Ability to create and foster a team-based environment to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with individuals contacted during the course of work. Demonstrated capability in implementing challenging goals, objectives, and practices in a complex and ambiguous environment. Ability to negotiate and influence with and without authority in complex, high impact situations; to quickly learn and integrate a matrix organization across geographical and cultural boundaries. Required Qualifications and desired experience: 3-5 years of experience in data management role SAP experience a plus APICS Basic could be a plus Understanding of pharmaceutical business including regulatory and environmental health and safety requirements, key internal and external customers, and functional areas. Exposure and experience in Supply Chain process, principles, and practices Understanding how to assess and operate with different organizational structures, operating cultures, effective work styles to achieve results in a changing environment. Knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization data and requirements a plus Travel Requirements :- Ad hoc and with notice
