Job Title: Lecturer – Foundation Learning and Development – Project Search
Location: Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth
Hours: Full Time – 37 hpw
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Lecturer Scale - £(phone number removed) to £(phone number removed) (dep on qualifications and experience)

The Foundation Learning Development team here at East Coast College are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging addition to their team to lead the way on Project Search.
Working with a cohort of young people who are yet to find their way into the world of work, your ability to build employability skills and inspire professional goals will prepare a range of individuals for employment. Through a mixture of classroom sessions and on-site work placements, you’ll help them to explore employer expectations, training opportunities, goal setting, and different career aspirations.
Key needs from you and the role;
* Experience – SEND, Employability
* Engaging – Inclusive learning, tailored delivery, session planning
* Communication – External agencies, student, parent/carers, colleagues
* Commitment – High-quality delivery, Learner needs
East Coast College will offer you;
