Registered Manager - Addiction Centre Manager
Location: Luton
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 / Dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

You’ll be leading the team and ensuring that clients receive a high-quality service in a safe working environment.

Responsibilities of the Centre Manager:
Undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with:
* The Company’s policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines, and standards
* Good professional practice and the Company’s Quality Assurance strategy
* CQC and other regulatory requirements
* All legal and contractual obligations e.g., information governance, confidentiality, diversity, health & safety, and medication control.
* Successfully manage challenging behaviour.
* Respond flexibly to the demands of the role.
* Manage delegated financial budgets.
Registered Manager Must Haves:
* Health & Social Care Management Qualification at QCF Level 5 or equivalent.
* Right to work in the UK
* Driving license and own vehicle
