Job Description

Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
* Support nursing staff with clinical duties.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans.
* Assist other healthcare assistants.
* Maintain accurate patient records.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant in the UK (1 year + preferred)
* Active Social Care Wales Registration
* NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred.
* Valid DBS on the update service (One can be processed through Hoop if needed)
* Current mandatory training certificates. (We can provide training if your current training is out of date)
