Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Gas Compliance Officer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Gas Compliance Officer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Gas Compliance Officer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Gas Compliance Officer, will be responsible for:
* Overseeing sites covering Rosyth where you will be reporting into Gas Compliance Manager to pro-actively support estate activities and support end-users in the development of work requirement.
* Providing advice and support, supporting the effective and timely delivery of statutory, mandatory and reactive maintenance as well as providing additional services.
* You will be expected to visit the sites in your region quarterly, supervising gas safety management plans.
* Working with the onsite teams on gas projects on a compliance basis, issuing gas permits.
* Carry out network maintenance on a yearly basis as well as producing risk assessments and method statements leading to the development of safety programmes and Gas Permits to Work.
To be successful for this Gas Compliance Officer role you must have:
* Commercial Gas Tickets
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Experience in Gas Networking is beneficial
