The role also involves managing dispatch schedules and leading a team of logistics personnel. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (NQF 6), with at least three years of experience in cold storage management, preferably in the agricultural industry. Strong management, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential. Advanced Excel skills are a must, and experience with Power BI would be an advantage.
