Job Description
Are you an experienced building services maintenance technician with a strong background in maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems? Looking to work on a site which offers bags of overtime, training and career progression? Looking to work for a market leading FM service provider?
Duties
Fault find on all refrigeration/chiller plants on site
Fault find and maintenance on compressors
Ensure that routine PPMs are carried out on all assets in accordance with site task schedules and
asset lists.
Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
at all times.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, and used for all tasks
undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times.
Maintenance of on-site chillers
Servicing and strip down of AHU's/FCUs/VRVs/VRFsRequirements
Building services expeirence in commercial office/critical building
F-Gas Level 1 (essential)
NVQ/C&G in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration (Level 2 min)
Understanding of electrical maintenance/electrical plant systems
