Full Stack Engineer - Java/React.js

Job Description : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and high-performance software solutions. - Design and develop robust, user-friendly, and scalable web applications using Java and modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js). - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support seamless data exchange between front end and back-end systems. - Implement and maintain server-side applications using Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot) to handle business logic, data processing, and integration with external systems. - Create and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure data integrity in collaboration with database administrators. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve application performance and reliability. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations on incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance the development process and deliver high-quality software. - Collaborate with the product team to refine and prioritize feature requirements, and deliver software solutions within project timelines. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development. Tech Skills (Required) : - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Java Full-Stack Developer. - Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented programming concepts. - In-depth knowledge of Spring Boot framework and its features for building microservices. - Experience with building and implementing RESTful APIs using Spring MVC or other frameworks. - Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases (optional). - Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) and their associated libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex). - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. - Understanding of front-end testing frameworks (Jest or Mocha) is a plus.
