Shift Engineer- London- Up To £42,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team on a flagship contract in London. Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineers to take on Mechanical duties on a shift basis.

Responsibilities:

* Carry out the PPM and reactive repairs to Mechanical systems and plant equipment.

* Work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet client expectations.

* Document all maintenance activities and complete relevant paperwork.

* Ad-hoc basic repair works (Plumbing, Decorating etc..)

Requirements:

* A relevant technical qualification.

* Proven Electrical/Mechanical engineering experience in a commercial Building Maintenance environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of various systems.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

* Experience working with the following:

* 3 Phase motors

* Emergency Lighting

* AHU’s, FCU’s

* Pumps, Motors

* Fans, Belts, Filters
