Required Qualifications : Technical Expertise : - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel (Snipe-IT is built on Laravel), MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with Linux server environments (Snipe-IT is commonly hosted on Linux systems). - Familiarity with REST APIs for integrating Snipe-IT with other systems. Asset Management Knowledge : - Understanding of IT asset management best practices, including inventory management, software license management, and hardware lifecycle tracking. - Knowledge of relevant compliance and governance standards related to asset management. Problem-Solving & Debugging Skills : - Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within Snipe-IT and its related systems. - Experience with debugging tools and logs to identify issues in system performance.
