Senior Creative Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

Responsibilities : - Lead the creative direction for various digital design projects (websites, apps, landing pages, marketing materials, etc. - Conduct user research and understand user needs to inform design decisions. - Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with brand guidelines and user experience goals. - Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and user interfaces using industry-standard design software. - Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers. - Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and tools. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's design style guide. Tech Skills (Required) : - Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Creative Designer or a related role. - Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects. - Mastery of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, Figma) and design principles (typography, layout, color theory). - Experience with user interface (UI) design best practices and usability testing techniques. - Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles is a plus. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is beneficial. Tech Skills (Preferred) : - Experience with prototyping tools (i.e., InVision, Figma Prototype) and animation software (i.e., After Effects) is a plus. - Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and user research techniques. - Experience with version control systems (i.e., Git) for design assets is a plus. - Experience with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) for inclusive design (ref:hirist.tech)
