Quality Assurance Lead - Manual Testing

Job Description : Responsibilities : Quality Management System (QMS) : - Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Assurance (QA) manual, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and project requirements. - Oversee all amendments and revisions to the QA manual, maintaining a controlled and up-to-date document. - Control and distribute all company quality documentation, ensuring accessibility to relevant personnel. Project Quality Assurance : - Monitor all quality-related activities throughout project lifecycles to identify and address potential issues. - Conduct internal and external audits on behalf of company management to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Verify contractor quality requirements are clearly specified to vendors and review their documentation submittals. Project Management & Collaboration : - Attend pre-bid meetings and actively coordinate project requirements with potential bidders. - Participate in client quality management meetings to represent the company's commitment to quality. - Prepare and control project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement, ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Quality Control & Personnel : - Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training needs, ensuring competency for assigned tasks. - Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports, tracking corrective actions and ensuring timely resolutions. Tech Skills (Preferred) : - Familiarity with relevant quality management standards (e., ISO 9001). - Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques (e., FMEA, SPC). - Proficiency in document management systems. Additional Skills : - Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. - Analytical and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (ref:hirist.tech)
