Job Description : Requirements : - Proven work experience in software quality assurance as a lead and manager. - Experience of 10-12 years in the software industry. - Supply Chain domain experience is a must. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, automation, tools, and processes. - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. - Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases. - Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. - Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Selenium. - BTech/BS/MTech/MS degree in Engineering or a related subject. Hands-on Technical Work : - Participate in technical design reviews and provide input on testability - Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools - Conduct code reviews of test scripts and assist in complex debugging scenarios Quality Metrics And Reporting : - Define and track key quality metrics - Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders - Analyse trends and propose improvements based on data Test Environment Management : - Oversee the setup and maintenance of test environments - Ensure efficient use of testing resources and tools Agile Practices : - Participate in Agile ceremonies and represent the QA perspective - Ensure QA activities are well-integrated into sprint Collaboration : - Work closely with development, product, and operations teams - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical : Technical Skills : - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices - Proficiency in test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Typescript or Cypress. - Experience with performance testing tool like JMeter, security testing, and API testing - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices- (ref:hirist.tech)
