Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Lead - CI/CD Pipeline

Client : Leading BFS client Role : OCI Lead Employment Type : Contract (12 months) Location : Andheri, Mumbai Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the design, deployment, and management of the cloud platform infrastructure for BFS, optimizing for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. - Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to accelerate software development and deployment cycles. - Leverage containerization technologies (i.e., Docker) and orchestration tools (i.e., Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and scaling of applications. - Establish and enforce security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with - industry regulations and standards. - Implement robust monitoring solutions and incident response processes to ensure platform availability and reliability. - Evaluate and select third-party tools, technologies, and services that enhance the effectiveness and capabilities of the platform. - Lead a team of platform engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth. - Implement strategies to optimize cloud costs, including resource allocation, rightsizing, and utilization monitoring. Qualifications and Skills : -Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud platform, including proficiency in cloud services, architecture, and best practices. - A bachelor's or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in cloud platforms are a plus. - Strong expertise in implementing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (i.e., Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible). - Proficiency in containerization technologies (i.e., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (i.e., Kubernetes). - In-depth understanding of platform security, access controls, encryption, and compliance requirements in a regulated industry like banking. - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of platform engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization (ref:hirist.tech)
