Pharmacy Assistant for the Taos Clinic

El Centro Family Health is seeking two full-time Pharmacy Assistants dedicated to serving the needs of our community.Compensation: $16.50 to $21.69 hourly, commensurate with education and experience for non-certified Pharmacy assistants. Certified Pharmacy Assistants earn an additional $1.00 per hour.Ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.Attention to detail.Willing to travel to outlying clinics as needed.Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of general pharmacy procedures and protocols.Knowledge and fluent skill of Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications, internet explorer usage.ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction and supervision of the Pharmacist or Nurse Director, the Pharmacy Assistant I maintain clinic drug room in compliance with NM State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
