Teaching Assistant Opportunity at Rochdale Secondary School
Are you passionate about education and experienced in supporting young learners? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in a vibrant Rochdale secondary school.
Position: Teaching Assistant (General Classroom Duties)
Location: Rochdale Secondary School
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 3:10pm
Pay: Up to £95 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Temporary, with the potential to go long-term or permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers in the classroom with general tasks
Assisting students with their learning and development
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Supporting individual students or small groups as required
Working collaboratively with the school staff to ensure student successWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and a passion for education
Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment
The ability to work well as part of a teamThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a real impact on their education. While this is a temporary role, there is the potential for it to become long-term or even permanent for the right candidate.
