This long-term contract involves overseeing a significant laboratory expansion project, ensuring top-tier delivery within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and overseeing laboratory expansion projects from inception to completion
Setting up and leading teams on-site to ensure smooth project execution
Handling tender processes and project implementation strategies
Collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project deadlines and specifications
Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and quality standards
Providing regular progress updates and maintaining project documentation
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in project management within the construction sector
