Chezuba - Senior Product Manager

Position : Senior Product Manager Work Location : Hyderabad(WFO) Company : Chezuba (chezuba.net) Notice Period : Looking for 30 days or less Experience : 3-5 years Ideal fit would be from SaaS B2B Background with around 5 years of experience We seek a motivated and technically minded Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in product management, and at least 2 years of experience working with SaaS products. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in building a category-defining product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire product delivery process from conception to making the feature successful. You will fit if you have strong technical skills, are comfortable wearing multiple hats, can zoom out to see the bigger picture, zoom in to analyse details and enjoy communicating with stakeholders and clients. What you will do : - Develop and communicate product vision and strategy : Align product strategy with company goals, clients' needs and users' pain points. - Conduct market research: Identify client's needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and users' behaviour. - Define and prioritize the product roadmap : Ensure alignment with business objectives and clients' requirements. - Lead product development : Guide cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product development process. - Design customized solutions for clients : Understand clients' pain points and design unique solutions for them. Responsibilities : Product Vision and Strategy : - Help define the long-term vision of the product and set the strategy to reach that vision. - Design a roadmap that will drive business results in alignment with the product's vision. - Lead, guide and mentor your product and design team. - Partner with client and user-facing teams to gather feedback and insights and use that feedback to inform product development decisions - Plan and execute user research including user interviews - Define and track KPIs for product success. Feature Conception : - Develop a deep understanding of customer's pain points and challenges. - Identify the best solutions to address these challenges. - Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). - Manage cross-functional collaboration between the product, tech team, and other stakeholders to refine and validate the concepts. Client Communication : - Understand and analyze client requirements in detail. Design a solution that meets the client's requirements, fits the product's long-term vision and company resources. - Regularly connect with clients to gather feedback and improve the launched features. Product Delivery : - Own and coordinate the end-to-end feature delivery process. - Execute the roadmap at the highest velocity and maximize exceptional quality. - Act as point of contact for feature delivery questions toward internal stakeholders, customer success team, customer support team & customers. - Implement iterative improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback. External Communication : - Collaborate with external vendors on requirements definition and product integrations - Liaise between the internal team, external vendors and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of product requirements and provide product subject matter expertise to the internal team What We're Looking For : - Technical Expertise : Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products, with a strong understanding of SaaS products - Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience : Minimum of 5 years of 2 experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. - Passion for Innovation : A forward-thinker, excited about creating future-focused solutions for the social impact sector. General requirements : - Excellent communication in English (both written and verbal) and presentation skills. - Strong independent product ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent communication abilities to align with clients and convey information quickly & effectively. - Exceptional skills in converting high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications. - Experience working in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management. - Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive and results-driven working style. - Demonstrated data-driven decision-making. - Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
