Oracle EBS Test Consultant

Skills Required : - At least 6 years of hands-on experience in testing Oracle EBS applications, with a strong focus on the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR) and Service Contracts modules. - Proven expertise in all phases of manual testing, including test planning, test design, test execution, and test closure activities. - Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries involving joins across multiple tables. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate with onsite counterparts and project stakeholders for test design, planning, and execution updates. - Experience using test management and defect tracking tools like ALM and Jira. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the activities involved in a Sprint lifecycle. Technical Skills : - Mobile Testing and Test Cases - Quality Assurance and Test Automation - Performance Testing Soft Skills : - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Oracle EBS applications, focusing on the O2C business process. - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective testing coverage. - Execute manual tests and document test results, including defects and issues. - Utilize SQL to write complex queries for data validation and analysis. - Coordinate with onsite counterparts and project stakeholders for effective test planning, execution, and status updates. - Track and manage defects using test management tools like ALM and Jira. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. - Stay updated on the latest Oracle EBS releases and best : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 7 years of overall experience with at least 6 years in Oracle EBS testing. - Strong understanding of the O2C business process, especially AR and Service Contracts modules. - Proven experience in manual testing methodologies and techniques. - Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries. - Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills. - Experience working in Agile environments. - (Preferred) Experience in mobile testing, test automation, and performance testing.
