Job Description

YCS employees are devoted professionals who have a passion for helping children, adolescents and adults.

Currently seeking a Receptionist for clerical support when needed and also assist in greeting visitors in person and over the telephone.

Receptionist will provide general information, take messages answer their questions and direct individuals to appropriate party as necessary in a courteous manner.

Duties include but no limited too:

1. Prepares weekly census reports as needed.

2. Compiles information and prepares spreadsheets for various reports to assist the site administrator with external and internal audits.

3. Receives and sort incoming and outgoing correspondence.

4. Stamp and mail out correspondence as necessary.

5. Photocopy material for all programs as necessary.

6. Create and process Purchase Orders.

7. Responsible for operational procedures within the office.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of successful work experience as a receptionist.

Prior work experience in reception/admin or other related field.

Strong time management and organizational skills. Full knowledge and strong proficiency for all

MS Office, Excel and Outlook software products.

Willingness to be flexible, taking on both challenging and non-challenging tasks alike

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and superior organizational skills essential.

Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.

Willingness to work in a team like office environment and help out with other departments.

All new hires are required to attend a 3 day orientation upon hire.
