Class A CDL Mentor-**

As a Certified Driver Mentor, you will teach new students how to become safe truck drivers. Our comprehensive program covers essential topics such as:



  • Company Protocols and Mentor Expectations

  • Safe Driving Best Practices

  • Your Most Important Duties as a Mentor

  • Understanding the Learning Process

  • Hours of Service Instructional Methods

  • The Ins and Outs of CSA


To be considered for the Driver Mentorship Program, drivers must receive approval from the Operations, Safety, Logistics, and Risk Management teams.


Compensation and Benefits:

We value our Certified Driver Mentors and offer significant earning potential:



  • Base Pay: $0.40 CPM

  • Training Pay: Additional $0.10 CPM

  • Productivity Pay: Additional $0.04 CPM

  • Total CPM: $0.54 CPM plus bonuses

  • Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid at the pick-up of the first student

  • Student Pick-Up Bonus: $250 for each student picked up

  • Weekly Earnings: Additional CPM while you train your student can add up to an extra $300 or more in your weekly paycheck

  • Bonus Opportunities: Up to $1,300 for each student you train

  • Performance Pay: Even more bonuses and extra CPM with our Weekly Performance Pay for Company Mentors


Overall, you can earn up to $25,000 extra per year!
