Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The following is a representative list of the responsibilities of the Engineering Supervisor. Tasks are not limited to just the following
  • Improve existing processes and product lines.
  • Planning and designing new engineering products including creating product models and drawings.Be able to present the design ideas to the Engineering Manager, Sales Team, and gather feedback on the same.
  • Ensure products comply with the industry and safety standards. Your strong analytical skills will be beneficial in identifying changes on the products.
  • Work with Plant Manager and shop floor employees to ensure products meet customers specifications and deadlines.
  • Estimating/budgets on new products.

Preferred Skills:

Customer service

Prefer bachelors degree in Design Engineering

Experience with heavy fabrication, construction attachments, and hydraulic background

Strong leadership and managerial skills

Proven work experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role in Engineering

Knowledge of industry and safety standards

Familiarity with CAD Software and Solid Works

Good time management and organizational skills

Strong technical and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong eye for detail

Microsoft Office including Excel

Manufacturing Systems

Team player and ability to work independently

Ability to multi-task and and manage deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to offer excellent customer service.
