Job Description
Keyman Personnel is delighted to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Document Controller. We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client, whose operations are at the forefront of the construction industry. This site-based role demands a highly organised and diligent professional ready to take on the challenge of managing and safeguarding vital documentation on one of our prestigious projects.

Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain an effective document control system tailored to the needs of the project.
* Coordinate all activities related to document processing, including receipt, classification, and distribution of all communications and technical documents.
* Ensure all documentation, such as technical drawings, reports, and correspondence, are kept in good order and are accessible to the project team.
* Maintain registers of all receipts and dispatches.
* Guarantee that all issued documentation is current and that obsolete documentation is removed from circulation.
* Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that documents contain correct and understandable information in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role, ideally within the construction industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to the accuracy of data.
* Proficient in MS Office and document control software.
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
