Required background: Housebuilding

Our client is a well established housebuilder operating nationally who are looking to strengthen their Commercial department with an ambitious and experienced Quantity Surveyor.

As part of an already successful Surveying team, you will control all aspects of the Commercial aspects of a developments, monitoring costs against budget from pre-tender enquiries through to Subcontractor final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable track record within volume housebuilding and be proficient at cross reporting with various systems.
