Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The Role:

As our Learning & Development Administrator, you will be at the heart of our training initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and Booking: Engage with participants, line managers, suppliers, and the wider L&D team to effectively schedule and book training courses. Your goal will be to maximise resource utilisation, including training rooms and budgets.

Data Management: Administer training attendance records on relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy. You'll also produce monthly reports and manage certification distribution.

Digital Systems: Administer digital learning systems by adding training sessions, content, and users, as well as running reports to measure effectiveness.

Communication: Act as the point of contact for delegates, trainers, and suppliers by managing the L&D inbox and incoming queries.

Event Management: Oversee all aspects of training events, from printing and AV equipment to catering and room setups. Ensure each event runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional participant experience.

Evaluation and Feedback: Analyse participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of development activities.

Financial Administration: Process purchase orders, invoices, and credit notes, addressing any finance-related queries.

Support Functions: Capture training needs identified during annual appraisals and provide comprehensive support for projects and meetings.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who:

Has solid administration experience and is adept at working in a team.

Possesses strong planning and organizational skills, with an impeccable eye for detail.

Can manage their workload independently and meet deadlines effectively.

Is willing and able to travel to support development events across various locations in the UK.

Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethos.

Has a good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package.
