As a Tech recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing exceptional candidates in the tech sector. Your expertise will help shape the future of technology by connecting skilled professionals with world-renowned organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and engage top-tier tech talent through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to provide valuable guidance.
