If so, join the team as a Senior BMS Control Systems Engineer within the Building Services industry.

Responsibilities:
Design and specify new mechanical and electrical installations for diverse building types, with a focus on technology-rich environments.
Develop points lists, Sequence of Operation documents, and detailed specifications tailored to each project.
Create plan drawings, schematics, network topology drawings, and control function diagrams.
Evaluate contractors' proposals to ensure they meet our high standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct condition surveys and produce comprehensive reports and improvement plans.
Represent our company at technical meetings with clients, professional teams, and contractors.
Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Acceptance Tests, and Integrated Systems Tests.
Support commissioning activities during the construction and completion of projects.

What We're Looking For:
HNC/BEng in an appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
Memberships with professional bodies (MCIBSE/MIEE/IMechE/MIET) and a path towards Chartered Engineer status.
Current role as a BMS/BEMS/Building Automation Consulting Engineer.
5+ years of experience at a senior level, specialising in building automation, instrumentation, and monitoring systems.
Strong knowledge of networks, network hardware, cabling, and network security.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and in leadership roles.
Flexibility to travel for international projects and clients.
