DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
As a Senior Finance Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee financial operations within the organization. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning.
- Full set of accounts to support CMS licensee dealing in Securities (product financing) and Futures, and as client’s custodian.
- Assist in managing the Singapore entity financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, daily client fund reconciliation deposit and withdrawal approval.
- Negotiate with bankers to secure optimal banking solutions tailored to the firm's needs, enhancing financial operations.
- Review and assess liquidity levels regularly to maintain financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Review preliminary business contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare regulatory reporting as follows:
- Prepared MAS reports (Form 1, 2, 3, Quarterly Income & Expenditure), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Compiled and submitted survey issued by Singapore Department of Statistics.
- Managed GST reporting, ensuring accurate calculation and timely submission of returns.
- Oversee CRS and FATCA reporting, ensuring adherence to international tax compliance standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with capital market activities, including securities, futures contracts, and product financing.
- Familiarity with financial reporting, daily bank/broker reconciliations, and computation of financial resources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
