SAP IS-U DM Consultant

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP ISU module, including customer master data, billing data, and contract accounts. - Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures. - Maintain data governance policies and guidelines. - Configure and customize SAP ISU settings to optimize data processing, reporting, and analysis. - Manage data flows and integrations between SAP ISU and other systems. - Stay updated on SAP ISU enhancements and releases. - Lead data migration projects during system upgrades or implementations. - Develop data migration strategies and plans. - Ensure data accuracy and completeness during the migration process. - Design and develop standard and ad-hoc reports to meet business requirements. - Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decision-making. - Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively. - Provide training and guidance to end-users on data management practices within SAP ISU. - Assist users in resolving data-related issues and questions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., billing, customer service, finance) to understand their data needs and implement appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data alignment with organizational goals. - Identify and resolve data-related issues and system errors in a timely manner. - Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems. Required Qualifications : - SAP certification in ISU or a related area. - Strong experience in data management and analysis within SAP ISU. - Knowledge of SAP ISU data structures and processes. - Experience with data migration projects and tools. - Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices. - Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with integration of SAP ISU with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CRM, SAP BW). - Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. - Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Familiarity with industry-specific data standards and regulations.
