Job Description
Position : Oracle CRM Technical Work location : Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience : 6 - 10 years Required skills : PL/SQL, Field Service, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot Repair, RICE Components, Implementation projects Notice Period : Immediate Job Description : - 6 - 10 years' experience in Oracle EBS (Techno-Functional) - Experience in implementation, Support, and upgrade projects - Experience at least in 2 R12.2 upgrade projects. - Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.7 or Higher versions of R12. - Strong knowledge in SQL/PLSQL, Reports, Forms, and workflow. OAF is added advantage - At least 40% functional knowledge in Services (Modules: Quoting, Field Service, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot Repair) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Roles and Responsibilities : Oracle EBS Implementation & Support : - Participate in implementation, support, and upgrade projects for Oracle EBS R12.2.7 and higher. - Lead the upgrade processes, particularly having worked on at least two R12.2 upgrade projects. Technical Development : - Develop and customize solutions using SQL/PLSQL, Reports, Forms, and Workflow to meet project requirements. - Work on the development of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) components for Oracle EBS. Techno-Functional Expertise : - Possess strong technical skills with at least 40% functional knowledge of Service Modules such as Quoting, Field Service, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot Repair. Module Customization and Optimization : - Customize Oracle Service modules (Field Service, Service Contracts, Install Base, Depot Repair) to ensure they meet the business needs. - Identify and implement solutions to optimize service delivery and repair workflows. Solution Design & Documentation : - Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements, develop technical designs, and provide documentation for the implemented solutions. - Ensure documentation is up to date and reflective of the implemented changes and upgrades. Client Communication : - Engage in direct communication with clients, providing technical insights and updates on project progress. - Provide strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and end-users. Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide support for ongoing Oracle EBS applications, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise. - Collaborate with teams to address post-implementation issues and provide solutions for Oracle EBS environment upgrades. Oracle Application Framework (OAF) (Preferred) : - If experienced, utilize Oracle Application Framework for building extensions or custom applications as an added advantage. (ref:hirist.tech)
