We are looking for an experienced Engineering Director to join our dynamic team in Bangalore immediately. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to deliver robust, scalable software solutions. - Drive the architectural direction and development best practices across the engineering team. - Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and process improvement within the team. - Ensure quality control and security standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle. - Manage resource allocation, project priorities, and technical risk management. - Act as a technical advisor and provide insights into complex engineering challenges. Key Requirements : - 15-20 years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of leading teams. - Expertise in Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET technologies. - Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, and microservices. - Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple initiatives. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with managing distributed teams is a plus. - Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
