Key Responsibilities : - Take ownership of the end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap of our products. - Work closely with engineering teams to define scalable and reliable software solutions. - Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - Provide hands-on leadership in designing, coding, and reviewing critical components. - Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and ensuring our systems are future-proof. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and stakeholders, to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. - Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of systems in a high-volume, real-time environment. - Lead technical discussions, set coding standards, and enforce best practices. Key Requirements : - 15 to 20 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on architecture and system design. - Proven expertise in Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET technologies. - Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions. - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to architect solutions for complex technical challenges. - Hands-on experience with full-stack development and modern development frameworks. - Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
