Job Description for the Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher in Newton Heath, M40 role:
GSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a lovely small primary school community in Newton Heath, M40. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to start their career in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher in Newton Heath, M40 role:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Strong behaviour management strategies
Requirements Early Career Teacher (ECT) Primary Teacher in Newton Heath, M40 role:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, ideally as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching practices.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
