Job Title: NQ - 5 YEAR PQE EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR (Claimant)

Overview:

A globally trusted provider for consultancy and support services to small businesses and medium sized businesses around the World. The services offered are HR, employment, health & safety advice and support, tax and payroll advice, employee assistance, well being programmers together with HR and health & safety training. They are considering applications from NQ - 5 years PQE who have experience within Employment. Ideally within the range of candidates who have at least some practical exposure but are still relatively early in their careers.

Main Responsibilities:

*Managing a caseload and advising on Claimant Employment Law maters including but not limited to, Employment Tribunals, Corporate support, HR projects, investigations, policies and procedures.

* TUPE transfers, settlement agreements, Discrimination claims, Harassment, Settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, restructures/redundancies and contractual issues.

* Mending and negotiating on employment aspects of any asset or share purchase agreement, Drafting Service Agreements or Consultancy Agreements for key individuals.

* Dispute Resolution and mediation.

* Drafting and advising on
